I have hired Blake on two occasions now and I would not hesitate to use his services again. As a professional myself, I am not easily impressed but Blake exceeded my expectations in all areas! He is a professional and well-experienced realtor who is amazing at what he does. He knows the market  and offers reasoned and sound advice. And he has plenty of great contacts throughout the industry so finding a mortgage company was a breeze. Blake was always willing to go out of his way to be helpful. What could have been a stressful process was smooth and easy due to Blake’s contagiously optimistic attitude. I will refer Blake to anyone who will listen to me!
